• Use A Xib In A Storyboard

I am making some themed apps, and I think I need to edit the launchview.nib file to finish off my work. This is specifically for iOS if that means anything.

I am by no means a whizz at xcode, and had to decompress and recompile the.car file in a virtual machine, so any help is greatly apreciated.I really need to know how I can open them, preferably in High Sierra, I have seen this been done on Mountain Lion, but I doubt that would work anymore.I was thinking, another method would be to make a new launchview.nib rather than editing the one I already have, so how hard would it be to do that?.
